ISA PERKINSON
Born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, movement has always been a guiding part of my life. I discovered yoga in college and was immediately drawn to its ability to reconnect me to myself, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. What began as a personal practice soon became a path of deeper awareness, leading me to earn my RYT-200 certification in Power Vinyasa. My teaching is rooted in presence, intention, and compassion. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move with awareness through breath and mindful practice.
